CITY OF HARARE COMPLYING WITH THE NATIONAL AGENDA

RRI GOALS
•To have one stop shop with delegated powers for layout plan circulations and approvals.
•Remove all illegal ranks.
•Establishment of one stop shop for issuance of all City licences.
•To increase access to portable water from the current 45% to 55 % and reduce pollution from the current 2.5 milligrams per litre to 2 milligrams per litre by Dec 2016.

•Increase compliance with refuse collection schedule from current 60% to 90% by 31 December 2016.
